I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The location was perfect, very close to the city center and not far from the train station. the hotel was right next to a popular pub called Paperla, a great bonus. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options including fresh squeezed orange juice and homemade jams.

Wonderful stay in a superior double room. Stunning balcony with Matterhorn views. Spacious room with beautiful local wood and warm earth tones. Breakfast was huge with cooked to order eggs, prosecco and local meats, cheese, honey, jam. Amazing hospitality and perfect location for lifts and dining out.

It provided a peaceful setting away from the main road, yet still conveniently situated in the heart of Zermatt. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with modern amenities and luxurious touches such as L'Occitane products. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who provided helpful recommendations for dining and activities. The breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh and natural options, including gluten-free bread. everything about the stay was great.
